The key terms in plain sentences

How long does an order take?
A consumer unit is ready in 5–10 working days from the deposit; with whole-house backup (automatic transfer switch), Smart or KNX packages in 8–12 days. Before production we verify the supply capacity, grid type and device models — usually 1 working day.
Where do you install and what does travel cost?
Installation with removal of the old board and testing costs PLN 1,490 excl. VAT, with no travel surcharge up to 50 km from Warsaw; beyond that PLN 2 per kilometre both ways. Outside the installation area we ship by courier anywhere in Poland (PLN 99) and the customer’s electrician connects the unit using our documentation.
How much is the deposit and how can I pay?
Without installation: 100 % of the price on ordering. With installation: 50 % on ordering, the rest before installation. Payment: BLIK, instant bank transfer or card. A partner with deferred payment enabled orders without a deposit and receives a payment link after confirmation.
Does an order go straight to production?
No. Every order is verified: supply capacity, grid type, inverter, storage, charger and heat-pump models. Production starts after confirmation, and the list price changes only if the scope changes — the customer is told before production.
What is the warranty and how do I make a claim?
24-month warranty on workmanship and devices. Claims are submitted from the customer account or the contact form with the serial number; we reply within 2 working days.
What documents does the customer receive?
Wiring diagram, circuit chart (also on the enclosure door), routine verification report to PN-EN 61439-3 and EU declaration of conformity. Every unit has a serial number and a unit page with documents kept for 10 years.
Can I order in stages for a building site?
Yes, for a flush-mounted enclosure: stage 1 is the enclosure alone before plastering, stage 2 the equipment on an agreed date. Surcharge PLN 249 excl. VAT; stage-2 equipment can be changed up to 14 days before the date.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
The consumer unit is made to the customer’s specification, so the right of withdrawal does not apply. That is why we confirm every detail before production.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery and installation in Poland only. The site is available in Polish, English and German, but the delivery address must be in Poland.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Consumer prices include 23 % VAT; for installation in a residential building a 8 % rate may apply, confirmed during verification. Businesses also see prices excl. VAT.
